I take care of myself very carefully, as I need to be in good health and have plenty of energy. As a dietitian, I follow a flexitarian diet, which means vegetarianism at home and meat, fish or chicken when eating out. When I take care of myself physically, it helps mentally as well. I would tell them that would happen as they are losing fat in their faces. It is still better than heart disease, diabetes or hypertension. Health is everything!
